DSJ Global client seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehousing operations for a complex manufacturing facility in Greenwood, MS. You will optimize inventory flow, warehouse efficiency, and team performance in a fast-paced production environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of manufacturing warehouse leadership, with proven ability to manage multiple facilities and large teams, plus experience with WMS/ERP and continuous improvement to drive safety and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Management.
• 5+ years of warehouse leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to lead supervisors and frontline teams.
• Experience with 15+ employees in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong inventory management and warehouse operations knowledge.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations for two warehouse facilities supporting manufacturing operations.
• Manage a team of 4 direct reports and provide leadership for 15–20 total employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, inventory management, and shipment of materials.
• Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency and space utilization.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
• Partner with Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, and Transportation teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Lead cycle count programs and inventory control processes.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
