Aquent Studios in Cambridge, MA is seeking a visionary Motion Designer to craft compelling visual campaigns and product launches for a premier Life Sciences client. You will translate complex scientific information into engaging content, leading from concept to delivery and collaborating across disciplines.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of full-time, real-world After Effects experience focused on marketing, advertising, and titling or a portfolio showing equivalent expertise.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator; comfortable with After Effects scripts and expressions.
• Advanced mastery of rhythm, flow, temporal composition, editorial pacing, and visual tension.
• Ability to present design rationale to broad audiences and creative leads.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Demo reel/portfolio and a sample After Effects project file ready for post-production handoff.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a wide variety of motion graphic assets, including titles, lower thirds, MOGRT templates, instructional tutorials, long-form animated installations, and promotional clips.
• Lead end-to-end creative storytelling from storyboard to final execution and integrate into active pipelines.
• Translate briefs and business challenges into innovative motion solutions while maintaining brand integrity.
• Build standardized brand templates for video vendors and manage MOGRT libraries for consistency.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to receive, refine feedback, and communicate project status and timelines.
