Job summary

Qualifications

• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular biology workflows including cloning, site-directed mutagenesis, Gibson Assembly, and PCR/qPCR optimization.
• Sequence confirmation using Sanger and NGS with basic analysis in Sequencher and Geneious.
• Operate laboratory automation platforms (QIAcube, KingFisher, VIAFLO) to support workflows.
• Document protocols, designs and results in notebooks; maintain inventory and equipment.
