Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. in Norfolk, VA is seeking an ATC Mission Security Coordinator to provide onsite security support for HQ SACT travelers, events and missions.

The role requires risk assessments, OSINT analysis, and coordination with local authorities, intelligence agencies, and international partners. Qualifications

• 5+ years in security administration, risk management, criminology, or industrial security administration.
• Experience planning security for high-profile events, international travel, or multinational operations.
• Ability to collect and interpret OSINT and other sources for security decisions.
• Ability to brief senior leadership with risk assessments and incident reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite security support during travel, missions, and events to safeguard personnel.
• Analyze travel data to identify high-risk destinations and critical locations.
• Develop comprehensive security plans and mitigations per NATO policies.
• Coordinate with local authorities, law enforcement, and intelligence agencies.
• Prepare security briefings, AARs, and post-event analyses for leadership.
