Sealing Technologies, a Parsons Company, is hiring an Operations Support Engineer / Systems Engineer to provide mission-focused technical and operational support for customer environments.

The role ensures systems remain functional, secure, and optimized for real-time mission execution, with responsibilities ranging from incident response to testing new tools in operational environments.

Qualifications

• Windows and Linux operating systems proficiency.
• Experience with virtualized environments and cloud or on-premise networks.
• Strong troubleshooting, log analysis, and diagnostics skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% within the United States.
• Onsite work five days a week with physical lifting capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct operational engineering support to customers and site operations.
• Respond to real-time incidents, diagnose issues, and restore services.
• Coordinate with network, systems, and software engineers for secure configurations.
• Maintain system and network documentation, runbooks, and after-action reports.
• Assist in testing new software tools and mission applications in live environments.
• Perform tier-3 support to isolate and resolve hardware, software, or network issues.
