Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's in a related field and 10+ years of experience managing critical facilities and complex systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in managing critical facilities, data centers, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, UPS, generators, HVAC and building automation.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and vendor relationships.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation, maintenance, reliability, and performance of mission-critical infrastructure to maximize uptime.
• Oversee day-to-day systems: electrical distribution, UPS, generators, HVAC, BMS, fire/life safety, and access control.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs and coordinate vendors.
• Provide leadership for 5–10 engineers and technicians, including staffing and evaluations.
• Serve as primary escalation point during critical events and ensure safety/compliance.
