Job summary

Hanover Iron Works, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Full Time Project Manager to oversee miscellaneous metals projects from inception to completion.

This onsite role places you at the heart of the workflow, coordinating with clients, detailing teams, and subcontractors to keep schedules and quality on track. You will read blueprints, manage change orders, and ensure accurate shop drawings and 'As Built' records while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing miscellaneous metals projects from start to finish.
• Ability to read specifications and blueprints to determine material requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Skilled with project management software to create and maintain schedules and budgets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee steel detailing and surveying of shop/fabrication drawings with the Detailing Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure on-schedule progress.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders.
• Maintain 'As Built' drawings.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Maintain positive client relationships.
