Qualifications

• Experience using project management software to manage schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee steel detailing and surveying of shop/fabrication drawings with the Detailing Manager.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project progress.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders and maintain As Built drawings.
• Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and manage budgets.
• Maintain positive client relationships and clear communication with all stakeholders.
