Job summary

Brunel has an exciting opportunity for a Project Construction Coordinator supporting our client, a leading mining company. The role is on-site in Bagdad, Arizona with a 4-week on-site / 1-week at home rotation; travel accommodations and a monthly stipend are included.

You will manage day-to-day construction management activities from planning through commissioning, coordinating with EPCM and contractors, focusing on health and safety, environment, and labor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or related field; minimum eight years’ experience in project construction management.
• High School diploma or GED with minimum ten years progressive experience in project construction management.
• Knowledge of project construction management, engineering, project controls, contract administration, procurement, expediting, materials management and contracting.
• Frequent travel to the site of work (daily commuting).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support Owner’s team construction management from planning through commissioning.
• Coordinate with EPCM, contractors and site leaders to ensure safe, efficient project execution.
• Organize project teams and supervise resources to meet schedules and quality requirements.
• Engage in field erection and equipment installation through to commissioning and startup.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and community guidelines.
