Oil-Dri Corporation of America seeks a Senior Inventory Control Specialist to manage maintenance spare parts, materials, and consumables at an active mine site. You will ensure timely parts availability, support purchasing, and drive continuous improvement in inventory performance.

The role requires daily onsite presence, with work conditions including uneven terrain and weather exposure. Candidates should have 3+ years in inventory control and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years in inventory control or related field.
• Degree in business, supply chain, industrial maintenance, or related field.
• Experience with JDE, SAP, Maximo, or similar systems.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Experience in manufacturing, mining, processing, or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records within JDE.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Track critical spare parts and ensure proper stocking levels.
• Maintain accurate records of rebuildable inventory and updates.
