Job summary

CRG Search is assisting a global manufacturing client in Wisconsin with a Manager, SIOP & Demand Planning role. This position leads the demand planning function, drives the monthly SIOP process, and develops data-driven forecasts to support growth and operational performance.

The ideal candidate has strong forecasting expertise, SIOP leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate across functions in a complex manufacturing environment. Onsite role with relocation support considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in Demand Planning/SIOP or related disciplines.
• Strong forecasting methods and analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the demand planning process and manage a team of professionals.
• Develop and maintain rolling demand forecasts to support business objectives.
• Drive forecast accuracy, bias reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead demand reviews and support executive SIOP processes.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to develop consensus forecasts.
