Qualifications

• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate lab documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological analyses of raw materials and finished products.
• Support daily workflow and testing activities in microbiology lab.
• Verify lab equipment performance and perform minor maintenance.
• Prepare reagents, media, and laboratory supplies.
• Ensure retained samples properly identified, documented, stored.
• Enter and maintain testing data using laboratory systems and Excel.
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping standards and support sanitation schedule completion.
• Promote safety, food safety, and quality compliance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
