Job summary

Flora Food Group is seeking a Quality Analyst to join our Kansas manufacturing team. The role involves analytical, sensory, microbiological, and packaging evaluations to uphold product quality and food safety throughout production.

You will collaborate with Production and Operations to monitor specifications, support issue investigations, and implement corrective actions while maintaining GLP, HACCP, and GMP practices.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a food manufacturing quality, laboratory, or food safety environment.
• Knowledge of food safety systems and GMPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytical, sensory, microbiological, and packaging evaluations of products and materials.
• Monitor product specifications and provide corrective actions to ensure compliance and quality.
• Support GMPs, GLP, HACCP, and quality systems through documentation and CAPA activities.
• Assist with audits, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
