Job summary

ALS is seeking a Laboratory Analyst for our Food Lab. You will perform microbiological and chemical tests on food products to ensure quality, safety, and compliance, following all quality and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a 4 day/10 hour work schedule with weekend rotation, and training for the right candidates. Prior lab or food industry experience is a plus and strong teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Life Science degree is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological and chemical tests on food products to ensure quality and safety.
• Adhere to quality and safety guidelines in a fast-paced laboratory.
