Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Trial Specialist to lead site activities and ensure protocol compliance across Cincinnati, OH or Santa Clara, CA. You will manage site initiation, monitoring, and data quality, working with CTL/CRA teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a full onsite schedule, up to 40% domestic travel, and collaboration across multiple trial sites to support safe and effective device development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in life sciences or related field
• 3+ years of experience in clinical trials required; advanced degrees may reduce experience needs
• Strong understanding of GCP, regulatory standards, and device trial regulations

Responsibilities

• Assist with site feasibility and initiation, subject recruitment and retention planning
• Lead monitoring activities (on-site and remote) and ensure data integrity
• Prepare trial documentation, visit reports, and CAPA as needed
• Ensure timely adverse event reporting and trial material accountability
