Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Trial Specialist to oversee site activities and trial execution in a fast-paced environment. The role requires leading monitoring efforts, coordinating with investigators and site staff, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and GCPs across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates possess a life sciences degree and hands-on clinical trial experience, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; life science, physical science, nursing or biological science preferred.
• MS with at least 2 years of experience in clinical trials would be beneficial.
• PhD with at least 1 year of related experience may be considered as equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary local contact for assigned trial sites.
• Lead execution of sponsored clinical trials with appropriate oversight.
• Participate in site feasibility and pre-trial visits.
• Attend investigator meetings as needed.
• Ensure site initiation, monitoring, and close-out per SOPs and GCPs.
• Document visit reports and follow-up communications to stakeholders.
• Maintain complete trial documents and training records.
