Job summary

Amazon’s Workplace Health & Safety team seeks an Onsite Medical Representative in New Stanton, PA to provide first aid, guidance on injuries, and support safety operations at the site. You will work with the WHS Site Manager and others, greeting new hires and participating in safety committee meetings, while helping manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.

You will maintain care records, refer to outside providers as needed, and assist with CPR/AED training and on-site drug

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification or Athletic Trainer Certification required.
• Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and referrals to outside providers.
• Minimize AA risk through education and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to AAs.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end of shift reports.
• Engage with AAs and leadership on floor to coach on at‑risk habits.
• Maintain medical supply inventory.
• Participate in CPR/AED training classes and certifications.
• Maintain first aid, CPR, AED credentials.
• Support drug testing protocols as needed.
• Work flexible shifts including days/nights/holidays/weekends.
• Assist with emergency response on site.
