Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides consecutive in-person, first-person interpretation.
• Follows interpreter protocols and Propio policies.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA, FERPA, GLBA and regulatory requirements.
• Establishes and maintains quality service with patients, providers and staff.
• Continuously improves vocabulary for medical, legal, and social services contexts.
