Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for our medical device client in Redondo Beach. You will ensure incoming inventory and finished products meet established quality standards, perform inspections, review drawings and specs, document results, and support nonconformance and CAPA activities.

This role requires attention to detail in a regulated medical device environment. You will use MS Office, QA tools, and help maintain DHRs, generate CoCs and NCRs, and

Qualifications

Two years in Quality Control or related field.
Familiar with AQL sampling and inspection processes.
Experience with NCR/CAPA systems is preferred.
Knowledge of medical device industry standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform incoming and outgoing inspections and compare to standards.
Review drawings, specifications, and document inspection results.
Maintain Device History Records (DHRs) accuracy.
Prepare Certificates of Compliance (CoC) and NCRs.
Support continuous improvement of quality processes.
