Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field required.
• 3–5 years of healthcare auditing, compliance or related ops.
• Experience auditing E/M services and professional claims.
• CPC certification required; CPMA preferred.
• Knowledge of coding, billing and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Audit medical records for ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and E/M coding accuracy.
• Evaluate documentation and billing against payer guidelines.
• Prepare audit workpapers, reports, and tracking logs.
• Educate clinicians and staff on coding and compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on corrective actions.
