Job summary

Omm IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Healthcare Data Architect and Governance Consultant for the South Dakota Medicaid program. The role focuses on strengthening data architecture, governance, metadata management, and interface documentation for state systems, interfacing with state IT, Medicaid personnel, and DSS stakeholders to document interactions and establish a data catalog and lineage.

The ideal candidate will develop artifacts such as ICDs, Data Models, Data Catalog, and Governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, or related field recommended.
• Approximately 5 years of data architecture, data management, or related technical experience.
• Substantial hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and enterprise data governance.
• Experience delivering data catalogs, lineage documentation, data models, interface inventories, and ICDs.
• Healthcare or Medicaid domain experience in complex enterprise systems and data exchanges.
