Job summary

The Dimock Center seeks a compassionate, detail-oriented Medication Specialist to support safe, compliant medication management for residents in a BSAS-licensed COE Residential program. You will work closely with nurses, providers, pharmacies, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of treatment.

This full-time onsite role requires Medication Specialist Certification, CPR, and CPI within 90 days, with schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

  • Requires High school diploma and at least 2 years working with a vulnerable population.
  • Current Medication Specialist Certification, CPR, and CPI within 90 days of hire.
  • Preferred background in residential behavioral health, medication management, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage residents’ prescribed medications per policies and regulations.
  • Perform medication reconciliation during admission, transfer, and discharge.
  • Receive, verify, document, store, and maintain medications per procedures.
  • Support resident self-administration under BSAS requirements and program policies.
  • Maintain accurate medication records and documentation.
