Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities for construction projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to interpret charts and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager in reviewing proposals and plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, and staffing requirements.
• Prepare job cost breakdown sheets and schedule of values.
• Prepare submittals, submittal status, release and delivery; monitor cost tracking and WIP updates.
