Job summary

System One is seeking an Assembler in Rock Hill, SC to build compressor systems and sub-assemblies from drawings and BOMs. This contract-to-hire role starts onsite with a 6:00am - 2:30pm shift, requiring hands-on mechanical and electrical work and strict adherence to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma with vocational training, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in mechanical and/or electrical assembly roles.
• High school diploma required; vocational training appreciated.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components into systems per travelers and BOMs.
• Document work orders and maintain traceability in systems.
• Perform precise mounting, alignment, and testing of assemblies.
• Inspect for safety and quality before progressing.
