Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of commercial/industrial project management experience.
• Recent experience as PM for a mechanical contractor/subcontractor.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of mechanical construction projects, including budget and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams for successful project execution.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, facilitating project meetings.
