Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an MDVT Engineer to lead design verification testing for new products. You will work with Hardware, Mechanical, EMC, Thermal, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure performance, reliability and regulatory compliance before production release.

The role requires hands-on lab experience, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to manage multiple test activities in a fast-paced environment. Onsite in Sunnyvale, CA with office-based work expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 3+ years in hardware validation or MDVT.
• Experience with NPI development and product qualification processes.
• Hands-on lab skills with test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute MDVT test activities.
• Develop and review MDVT test plans and reports.
• Perform system-level validation: functional, environmental, thermal, reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions.
• Maintain test documentation and reports.
• Support manufacturing readiness and product releases.
• Drive test method and lab process improvements.
