Global Technical Talent, Inc. in Youngsville, NC seeks a Buyer to execute the purchase-to-pay process, ensuring timely procurement of raw materials and alignment with supply chain and payment policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• 2 years procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requisitions, place purchase orders, issue change notices to support production schedules.
• Maintain PO accuracy and Material Master records for MRPs health and payment reconciliation.
• Track consumption and maintain planning parameters for materials.
• Manage Kanban, scheduling agreements, and blanket orders.
• Provide root-cause corrective action for material shortages and drive improvements.
• Avoid shortages and coordinate with Finance and suppliers to clear blocked invoices.
• Collaborate with quality and suppliers to resolve non-conforming material.
