Job summary

Watts is seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler II for our Sparks, NV facility. This on-site role supports plant operations by receiving, storing, counting, issuing, and transacting materials and supplies. You will operate material handling equipment and perform inventory transactions to ensure accurate records.

First shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. Pre-employment drug screen required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and read/write English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in materials handling or warehouse operations.
• Proficient math skills and basic computer skills for performing inventory transactions.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pre-hire drug test required, including marijuana.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and picker trucks.
• Pick items according to procedures and package/ship materials.
• Use scanners for inventory transactions and perform cycle counts.
• Complete system transactions and maintain inventory records.
• Ensure flow of materials to support operations and assist with physical inventories.
