Job summary

Employnet, Inc. is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support our distribution center in Sparks, NV. You will put material away, unload inbound containers, build pallets, and hand wrap and tag pallets to meet SKU quantities.

The role requires forklift certification, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and careful, detail-oriented work. You will cross-train on equipment and coordinate with teams to maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be forklift certifiable.
• Must understand the location configuration.
• Must be able to manage their time and work without direct supervision.
• Must be very detail oriented.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about tasks, issues, and inventory status.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all material is put in correct locations.
• Be available for all departments.
• Load, unload, pack, and unpack materials.
• Operate all machinery responsibly and safely.
• Perform daily equipment checks before operating machinery.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
