Doist is seeking a diligent Manufacturing Expeditor for our Chatsworth facility to support shipping and warehouse operations. The role requires coordinating with production planners, procurement, and warehouse staff to prioritize and expedite materials for production.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office. On-site work is required to maintain smooth material flow and meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; supply chain qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum one year assembly and expediting experience; two years preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production planners, procurement, and warehouse staff to expedite materials.
• Monitor inventories and production schedules to identify bottlenecks.
• Expedite urgent orders to meet production deadlines.
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, schedules, and movements.
• Collaborate to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
