Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Materials Science/Engineering or related field with 5+ years in materials engineering in manufacturing.
• Experience with material qualification, performance testing, and durability validation.
• Travel up to 20% to other MANN+HUMMEL sites and to US/Mexico customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and implement technical material standards.
• Define material specifications and qualification requirements for products.
• Evaluate materials for production use meeting durability standards.
• Provide technical authority on material-related decisions and rejections.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams on material solutions.
