Job summary

Envita Solutions, LLC, a leading waste management partner, seeks a Safety‑driven Waste Handler for our fast‑paced manufacturing facility. You will load/unload waste and recyclables, move materials with hand trucks and forklift, and ensure compliance with EPA, DOT and OSHA standards in a safety‑conscious environment.

You will operate balers, shredders, grinders, pumps and tanks, perform housekeeping, and assist with sorting for additional processing while maintaining strict safety and attendance

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Knowledge of EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload solid and liquid waste & recyclables safely in accordance with regulations.
• Move materials to and from trucks and within the facility using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Operate equipment such as balers, shredders, grinders, extractors, pumps, tanks and pressure washers.
• Sort materials based on pre-established guidelines for further processing.
• Perform cleanup and housekeeping duties as directed.
• Adhere to EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations and company policies.
