Envita Solutions is a leading total waste management partner seeking a candidate for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The role covers collection, movement, sorting, and processing of wastes in a safe, compliant environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, operating balers, shredders, pumps, and other equipment, proper material sorting, and strict adherence to EPA, DOT, and OSHA regulations. Safety and attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred as noted.
• Forklift experience preferred for handling duties.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work with PPE.
• Must maintain regular attendance and adherence to safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload solid and liquid waste and recyclables safely.
• Move materials using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Sort materials according to pre-established guidelines for processing.
• Operate equipment like balers, shredders, grinders, pumps and tanks.
• Perform cleanup and housekeeping as directed and follow EPA/DOT/OSHA regs.
• Accept other duties to support company values and growth.

This position will perform collection, movement, sorting, and processing of all wastes and by products in a fast paced manufacturing facility environment safely and in accordance with Company, Federal, State, and local regulations/rules.

Essential Functions

Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times. Load and unload solid and liquid waste & recyclables safely in accordance with Company, Federal, State and local regulations/rules. Utilize hand trucks, pallet jacks, fork trucks with attachments and other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks and within the facility. Safety operate equipment to process materials including balers, shredders, grinders, extractors, pumps, tanks and pressure washers Properly sort materials based on pre-established guidelines for additional processing. Perform cleanup and housekeeping duties as directed. Utilize knowledge of applicable EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.

Education Qualifications Preferred

High School or Equivalent Experience Qualifications Preferred Prior forklift experience.

Skills and Abilities

This is a safety sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function. Basic knowledge of EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations preferred. Ability to understand general industry practices. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including respirator. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
