Job summary

Qualifications

  • Two years of hands-on material handling experience in a stocking production/manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with storage bays, racking systems, inventory control processes, and FIFO.
  • Basic computer skills to use email and inventory/production software.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Transfer materials, equipment, kits, and supplies for production flow.
  • Cycle counting of stocked items.
  • Accurately pull materials for kits required by manufacturing.
  • Move materials to assembly workstations and manage bench stock.
  • Locate and transfer parts for assemblies.
  • Verify and maintain stock records, logs, and shortage reports.
  • Operate hand tools and Material Handling Equipment including forklift and pallet jacks.
