Job summary

RTX is seeking a Master Scheduler for Collins Aerospace in Largo, FL to develop and maintain an 18-month rolling Master Production Schedule, aligning demand, capacity, and inventory targets. You will oversee MPS across value streams, support SIOP processes, and ensure on-time delivery while complying with ITAR and AS9100 standards.

The role requires a university degree with 5+ years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment and US citizenship with eligibility for a DoD security

Qualifications

• Requires university degree and significant relevant experience in production scheduling or planning.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an 18-month rolling Master Production Schedule based on demand forecasts and orders.
• Translate demand into executable production plans balancing capacity, labor, and materials.
• Incorporate make-to-stock, make-to-order, assemble-to-order, and engineer-to-order strategies into schedule logic.
• Own the supply plan and align with demand plan and financial targets.
• Support SIOP/S&OP processes with accurate, feasible schedules.
• Coordinate with Demand Planners to reconcile gaps and adjust output plans.
• Monitor and address schedule exceptions like shortages and ECOs.
• Report KPIs such as OTD, schedule adherence, and inventory accuracy.
