Job summary

Ports America is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (onsite) to provide strategic HR support to leadership and staff across the organization. You will build, deploy, and guide HR programs focused on leadership development, talent management, and workforce planning.

You will project manage HR initiatives and serve as the on-site partner for the Auto Processing unit, coordinating with site leaders and HR teams to ensure policy adherence and effective people management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management or equivalent HR training and experience.
• 10+ years in Human Resources Management with hands-on employee relations, talent management and M&A.
• 3+ years in a multi-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Business Partner for Auto Processing with direct report to IAP HR team.
• Provide guidance and coaching to leaders and managers across Auto Processing.
• Manage performance management, goal planning, reviews and workforce planning.
• Lead the people-side of mergers and acquisitions including due diligence and cultural alignment.
• Oversee employee relations investigations and ensure compliance with policies.
