Job summary

You will craft proactive sourcing strategies, engage with local communities, run hiring events, and ensure a positive, responsive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience in corporate, agency, RPO, manufacturing, industrial, staffing, or related environments.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting activities.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience building relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws, EEO, OFCCP, and hiring compliance requirements.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Leadership to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting for hourly manufacturing, warehouse, maintenance, and frontline leadership roles.
• Build Talent Pipelines using community partnerships, referrals, job boards, social media, and events.
• Create Exceptional Candidate Experiences and act as a brand ambassador for Reynolds.
• Drive Hiring Results by moving candidates through the process and providing insights.
• Support Compliance and Process Excellence in all recruiting activities and ATS records.
