Qualifications

• Quality standards knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations and engineering processes.
• Experience applying 8D or similar structured problem-solving techniques in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead corrective actions for customer and internal quality events across disciplines.
• Inspect nonconforming product and drive RCCA with data sharing.
• Coach and lead End-to-End Built-in Quality initiatives.
• Lead quality improvement projects and support CI initiatives.
• Manage customer relationships with Manufacturing teams.
• Apply Six Sigma tools to analyze and resolve issues.
