Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Project Manager for our Grayling, MI, facility. You will oversee multiple customer projects, coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining proactive client communication and internal collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project management within manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and experience reading mechanical drawings. On-site work in Grayling, MI is required with ERP/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management or equivalent.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project management tools to track the status of a high volume of projects.
• Monitor project costs, track change orders, and proactively resolve issues.
• Escalate issues professionally and facilitate timely resolutions to ensure project success.
• Support equipment trials, runoffs, and project closeout activities.
