Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
• Ability to produce sketches, engineering drawings, and common computations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and reports.
• Strong creativity, communication skills, and analytical/problem-solving ability.
• Team player with attention to detail and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Drive manufacturing process improvement and validation initiatives.
• Provide daily support to quality and operations teams.
• Spend ~30% of time in the office on PCNs, test reporting, prototype design, and process analysis.
• Spend ~70% of time on the shop floor and in the lab troubleshooting processes and validating prototypes.
• Partner with quality and production engineering to validate new processes and PCNs.
