Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline required.
Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience leading people in a complex environment.
Experience in a union environment and Six Sigma/Lean preferred.
Willingness to relocate with Owens Corning.

Responsibilities

Ensure a safe work environment by following OC safety policies and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement to safety, housekeeping and zero-injury culture.
Identify and drive improvements through standardized work for cost and productivity.
Set clear performance expectations and ensure results with direct reports.
Analyze performance metrics and implement efficiency, quality and cost improvements.
Provide accountability and guidance to frontline leadership and hourly teams.
Utilize loss tracking to identify trends and take corrective actions.
Operate with zero environmental non-conformities in line with policies.
Ensure quality systems deliver consistent products meeting specs.
Deploy effective employee relations practices and build partnerships.
Collaborate with peers to understand processes and meet customer expectations.
