Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of progressive technical manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years leading people.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the Kansas City plant leadership team and supervise direct reports.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure a safe, compliant work environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to meet safety, performance, schedule and cost goals.
• Develop and mentor talent; manage performance and succession planning.
