Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting leader in manufacturing.
• Strong cost accounting and inventory management expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (or similar systems strongly preferred).
• Solid leadership skills with the ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Oversee cost accounting and inventory processes within a manufacturing setting.
• Analyze financial performance, providing insights to guide business decisions.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency within Epicor and other financial systems.
