Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller in manufacturing is preferred.
• On-site work in South Bend is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting.
• Lead and develop two direct reports within the accounting team.
• Shorten month-end close timelines through process optimization.
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Provide clear financial insights to leadership for decision-making.
