Curtiss-Wright in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing processes. You will develop process flows, work instructions, and standard procedures while coordinating with design, quality, procurement, and production teams to improve productivity and reduce costs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and 4–6+ years of experience, with an emphasis on producibility reviews and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in required engineering field.
• 4–6+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
• Experience with new product introduction, producibility reviews, and cross-functional design coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process accuracy.
• Effective communication across engineering, production, quality, procurement, and supply chain.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with design engineering on new product releases, reviewing drawings for producibility and ensuring manufacturing readiness before release.
• Perform operational, labor, and methods analyses to support time standards, workflow optimization, equipment planning, and productivity initiatives.
• Evaluate engineering changes and updates, liaising across program management, finance, design, quality, procurement, inspection, and production teams.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process flows, work instructions, and standard procedures for consistent execution.
• Support cost estimation, tooling recommendations, and process requirements for new or existing product lines.
