R1 RCM seeks a Revenue Cycle Operations Manager to be based onsite at LifePoint Harris Regional Hospital in Sylva, NC, with a flexible schedule and the option to work remotely one day per week.
You will partner with hospital leadership to identify and resolve revenue cycle challenges, drive process improvements, and improve financial performance by leveraging data and engaging senior leaders and frontline teams.
This position is based onsite at LifePoint Harris Regional Hospital in Sylva, NC. The role offers a flexible schedule, with start times as early as 7:00 a.m., and the opportunity to work remotely one day per week.

As our Revenue Cycle Operations Manager, you will partner directly with hospital leadership to build strong relationships, gain stakeholder buy-in, and successfully implement process improvements. You will leverage data to identify operational challenges, investigate root causes, and develop solutions that improve revenue cycle performance. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, adjust communication styles to engage senior leaders and frontline teams, and inspire others to achieve organizational goals.
To thrive in this role, you must have a strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations in a hospital setting, a passion for building relationships, and the ability to engage hospital leaders and key stakeholders through meaningful face-to-face interactions.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $84,057.98 - $105,072.48 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
