Job summary

Piramal Pharma Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a Thu-Sun schedule at our Bethlehem, PA site. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair packaging, process, and utilities equipment within the plant, following cGMP and SOP guidelines.

The role requires strong electromechanical skills, experience with PLCs/HMIs, and the ability to read schematics. A high school diploma or technical training is required, with an associates degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical training required.
• Associates degree in electromechanical technology preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair packaging machinery and utilities equipment.
• Perform PMs on packaging equipment and set-ups/changeovers.
• Regularly monitor machinery to ensure efficient operation with minimal downtime.
• Document all work in log books/SAP and communicate spare parts needs to maintenance planners.
• Read and follow machine operation manuals and schematics; use a computer for data entry.
