Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance at The Halstead in Houston. The role supports daily work orders, property upkeep, and resident needs to ensure safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related work, with emphasis on timely responses and adherence to safety policies. On-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience in multifamily, residential, or hospitality environments.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs (light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC).
• Respond to work orders promptly and identify issues to prevent escalation.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings, grounds, and resident amenities (pools, clubhouses).
• Interact professionally with residents and coworkers; follow safety policies.
