You will perform routine and specialized maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC, life safety, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks while keeping common areas pristine.

Responsibilities include inspections, system upkeep, learning access-control software, snow removal, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC, and life safety fire alarm systems.
• Ability to learn software programs for programming key cards and access systems.
• Willingness to perform snow removal and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect interior and exterior of the property and report deficiencies.
• Perform routine maintenance of mechanical systems and life safety systems.
• Work with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Keep common areas clean and safe, including hot tubs and parking areas.
• Replace light bulbs and perform general maintenance duties.
• Learn to operate access control and entry/exit systems for guests and owners.
• Perform trash removal and operate a forklift or Tool Cat as required.
• Assist with snow removal from roofs and sidewalks.
• Complete checks on hot tub chemicals and troubleshoot related systems.
• Be on call for after-hours emergencies and participate in team activities.

Role Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of ensuring the excellence and functionality of the homeowner’s association. You will perform various maintenance duties to create a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for guests, owners, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect the interior and exterior of the property and report deficiencies to the Maintenance Supervisor or Building Engineer.
• Perform routine maintenance of mechanical systems, HVAC, and life safety fire alarm systems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs and
• Ensure the cleanliness of common areas such as hot tubs, the maintenance office, tool storage areas, the parking garage, etc.
• Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and perform general maintenance duties.
• The ability to learn computer software programs for programming key cards for owner doors, ski lockers, and the operation of an entry/exit parking gate system.
• Perform trash removal, including moving dumpsters as needed for pickups. Learn the operation of a Tool Cat with a forklift.
• Must be able to perform snow removal from low-hanging roofs and sidewalks.
• Complete checklist of items related to hot tub chemicals and the ability to troubleshoot hot tub chemical feeders and plumbing lines.
• On call as needed to assist with after-hour emergencies.
• Actively participate in a Work Team environment, sharing knowledge and skills with all other team members.
• Plus other work-related tasks as needed
