You will perform various cleaning and maintenance duties to create a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for occupants, visitors, and employees. ---**Responsibilities*** Cleaning Tasks + Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors + Dusting furniture, fixtures, and surfaces + Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly + Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and floors + Refilling soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed. + Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces + Polishing furniture and metal fixtures* Maintenance and Repair + Reporting any damages, repairs, or maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisor + Basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs + Performing routine inspections to identify areas that require maintenance or repairs* Safety and Compliance + Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment + Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations + Properly handling and storing cleaning products and equipment* Organization and Stock Management + Keeping cleaning supplies and equipment well-maintained, organized, and stocked + Maintaining inventory records of cleaning supplies and requesting replenishment as needed + Managing supply storage areas in a neat and orderly manner* Team Collaboration + Cooperating and collaborating with other janitorial staff or team members + Communicating effectively with supervisors or facility managers regarding tasks and requirement**Disclaimer**This description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties.
